Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, we would ask the following:

1. Items are undamaged and unused; and
2. All items are in re-saleable condition, including original packaging and tags; and
3. Display box has not been opened, damaged or tampered with.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

If returning your item(s), please ensure that the appropriate shipping costs are paid to allow a safe return of the products to the following address:

You will be provided with a return ticket-label. Please ensure to fill in the ALL of the information and include this within your return package. Once received, please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Jewellery - Care Guide

Do not let your costume jewellery come into contact with perfume, hairspray, deodorants, body spray, creams and lotions. The wearing of costume jewellery whist asleep, in the shower, sauna or whilst participating in sports is not recommended.

• Machine washable 30 degrees.
